During our stay, we appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff, who offered great suggestions for nearby dining and activities. It was fantastic being just a short walk from the Bell Centre, where we enjoyed an NHL game, making it perfect for our family getaway with our pets.

In my wife’s opinion, a small refrigerator in the room would be great for families traveling with kids. It would help us store snacks and drinks for our little ones comfortably.

The room was lovely, but the service at the

front desk was incredibly disappointing. The clerk was rude, making the check-in process frustrating. Thankfully, the room itself was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the help from the housekeeping staff, but overall, the customer service needs improvement.

You can't go wrong with the burgers at La Belle & La Boeuf. they're straight-up legendary! Plus, the location is killer, walking distance to countless spots like Kinka Izakaya and Seoul Chako. And let's not forget the comfy bed for a good night's sleep.
